Southern Gateway Production Services is a signatory to all IATSE (The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada) National Term Agreements.

This allows Southern Gateway clients–including low budget, independent productions–to gain access to the most favorable terms and conditions offered in the industry and previously available only to the major studios. Southern Gateway was founded to ensure that access to IATSE’s Low Budget Theatrical Agreement, commonly referred to as the NLB (National Low Budget) Agreement, and all other National Term Agreements (Area Standards Agreement, Hollywood Basic Agreement, NY Majors Agreement, etc.) are accessible and affordable to legitimate film and television productions of ALL sizes.

Southern Gateway Production Services also offers film and television productions access to a wide array of other exclusive services in addition to access to the National Term Agreements. This includes assistance with the vetting and procurement of all needed goods and services, the maximizing of all available production incentives, and the provision of any and all needed legal services. Southern Gateway’s founder, Charles “Bo” Bowen, is recognized within the entertainment industry as one of the country’s finest entertainment attorneys as well as for his formation of the Savannah Film Alliance in 2015.
